aku yang letih....

the best thing's about today (saturday) is that im not working!! yayy..
today im fasting..n the best thing is that, i didnt wake up for sahur although i've put on 2 alarms..sedar2 dah kul 6.30 a.m...so puasa jek laa tanpa bersahur..

minggu nih sgt3 lah letih..
that day, hari khamis, i went to kl court to help out this lawyer..he's got 10 files to handle all at once..lawyers yg lain smua ada kat court yg berlainan kat area kl n slangor..so i was the only person they asked for help..terasa mcm diriku begitu berharga..kuang3...

so i took 4 files...3 files appear dpn interpreter je..so blasah je laa..kalau dpn hakim x brani lagi kot..haha..another file, standy just incase lawyer tuh x sempat dtg..but luckily he came right on time..

then i had the opportunity to sit with him at the lawyers table in the court..appear dpn judge..just assisting him wif a criminal case..mitigation....

tahlaa..minggu nih very tiring la..
maybe jugak sbb puasa the whole week..
n also was really3 busy..
rasa mcm kejap je..dah hari sabtu balik...

anywayz..
today aku dpt off..takyah pi keje..
weeehuee...
boleh rest betul2...

tapi ade homework arr..
senior lawyer mtk tlg buat research..
ada kes sikit..
so he's wondering whether there's any remedy to the damage done..
haiyoooo...dia punye default..
aku lak kene susah payah buat research...
okay2...bertenang...relax..
take it as a challenge n also as part of the learning process..

take things possitively..
byk kan bersabar...

080809 - working on saturday..

today blum sampai ofis lagi..ofis dah call ckp client called twice carik aku...
haih...i know who...aku dah ckp kat dia...tunggu sy call baru pergi hkl...
dia pi hkl dulu awal2 pagi buta sapa suruh...mcm nak hangin lak aku...

so aku masuk ofis dulu...amik some documents to bring to hkl..coz aku ada 3 org client nak kene jumpa today...yes n it is a saturday...

sampai2 kat hospital jumpa client A yg dah lama tunggu...dia ckp dia nye anak sdara dah discharged yesterday...tp dia tido kat hospital...anak sdara dia blk umah parents angkat..so dia segan nak ikut skali...dia ckp poket dia kosong, xde duit langsung..kalau boleh nak pinjam duit sikit laa..dia nak blk pahang...dari semalam dia x makan x minum....xde duit...duit yg bos bg kat aku lak utk byr hospital bil anak sdara dia je...tuh pun x cukup rm2...dia pi bundarkan sape suro...aiyoooo...dlm wallet dia xde rm2...mmg kopak...xde langsung duit...! so aku hulurkan rm2 from my poket ckp...this is from me...aku x amik duit syarikat pun...kuar poket aku sendiri..

then call bos yg tgh cuti...dia ckp today ofis x kuarkan duit...so mtk call staff sorg nih...aku nak jumpa staff ofis sorg nih kat hkl jgk hari nih...coz nak bwk sorg client buat laporan polis..duit staff tuh aku pegang...but she said, tunggu akak sampai we'll see what we can do to help him..

so aku bwk la A pergi bfast dlu...coz aku pun x bfast lg...dia menggigil2...lapar...aku blanje dia roti canai...aku pun kopak jugak nih...haha...hbs makan...akak tuh ckp bg je duit akak rm50 kat dia pinjam...pastu btau bos....okay so here;s rm50...bye!

then akak tuh sampai..
ikut akak tuh bwk client B n family pergi balai polis kat kl buat laporan polis n confirmkan whether diorg btul2 nak pakai lawyer...

then went back to hkl...nak jumpa next client C at 3pm....
penat menunggu....dah la hkl tuh tmpt prubtn h1n1...

aku mmg pakai mask laaa (fiance marah aku dok pi hkl x pakai mask..dah la lalu lalang zon kronik h1n1..hehe)
anda juga digalakkan memakai topeng..

lapar laa...beli jagung rebus n roti n 100plus kat hospital mart..masa tgh makan..ade sorg apek tua pakai mask dtg kat aku...nangis2...miss ada 1 linngit arr..sy lapar...huhuhuhu...... (kat tgn dia pegang bag berisi ubat).....aku pun tanya..uncle u mau rm1 ke?? i ada sandwich dlm bag..u mau arr uncle?? (sandwich pagi td yg aku bwk from home tp x sempat mkn)....uncle tuh ckp "x kesah laa..apa2 laaa sy lapar sgt ni...duit x cukup mau makan....(sambil nangis)....i said....eh uncle....jgn laa nangis......i ada sandwich...nahh amik nih makan....

dah jumpa client C...at abt 4pm baruuuu blk umah....
penat weiiiiiiiii kerja mcm ni.......tp boleh buat kerja amal sambil tunggu client...

070809 - kartun betul...

today kene jumpa sorg client kat hospital..
call dia tanya dia kat hospital mana..dia ckp mcm biasa lah...cuma katil n ward nombor berlainan..
so i asked the clerks...hospital biasa dia kat mana...they all ckp dia kat hkl...
so i went to hkl lah...dah la parking xde....dekat sejam baru dpt parking..then kene jalan jauh gila to the main building..

sampai2 kat main building tgk2 ward tuh x penah wujud...pi kat kaunter billing...komputer breakdown lak..so xleh check dia kat ward mana...
call client...tanya hospital biasa u kat hkl ke kat mana nih??
dia ckp...no laaa....kat petaling jaya...univ malaya...

today awal2 pagi filing affidavit penyampaian...
then nak filing sepina tp x cukup wang pos lagi rm10..
pi kat b1 nye pej pos mini...wang pos xde lak...
karut btul la pej pos kat court x jual wang pos...benda nih laa yg kita guna byk utk urusan mhkmh..

so aku tpaksa google cari pej pos terdekat...n nak tmpt yg senang parking n nak pergi x jam...
tgk2 kat hosp kl...so bgegas to hkl...beli wang pos n trus bgegas to court kl coz takot kaunter tutup...i've to be in ofis after lunch...

kl court on a rainy day...

pagi nih x masuk ofis...from rumah trus pi kl court buat filing..then check BC Box kat court...then tpaksa tunggu until lunch coz org kat pej pendaftar x siap lg our document..
masa tgh lunch..dpt bkenalan dgn sorg bdk chambering yg baru 1 month mcm aku...chinese girl laa..bdk ukm..so dia pun ada matter until after lunch...so sembang2 n mkn2 wif her..

after lunch around 3pm baru dpt dokumen tuh from pej pandaftar mhkmh...
then dpt arahan kene trus pi 1 building kat kl utk serve sepina...
prob is...aku pendekkan crita...
org tuh taknak jumpa aku (ko ingat ko hebat sgt...ko tuh sape...bos ke?? mesti umur baru 20 tahun!) dia ckp melalui fon je...
pastu PA dia kuar serahkan blk sepina ckp dia xnak terima sepina nih..dia xnak pi court bg keterangan...so now what will happen? PA dia tanya...
so i said...if dia xnak, boleh jadi contempt laa...sbb nih arahan from mhkmh...bkn arahan saya...

then later she called my hp...
maki2..."u nih kuang hajar...ckp sy contempt...i am giving u 100% kerjasama...bla bla bla....i cannot go to court on that day i ade very important meeting..takkan laa i nak cancel my very important meeting....d prob is u dun understand my job.....im a very busy person laa... ..............."

i said "u ingat u sorg busy ke?? i x busy....u faham ke kerja i nih mcm mana?? d prob is mahkamah xbleh ikut schedule u......"

pastu dia marah aku plak....apa kejadahnye....ko tuh sape...*tOot* betul....
byk jugak yg aku makan hati....
nak kata bad words to her coz she was rude to me...
hello...aku kan...kalau org rude to me..i will start being rude as well laa..
cuma aku penat hari tuh so malas nak argue much wif mrs vain....

so i panggil PA dia...
i said slowly..."u ckp apa kat dia...she's really upset...i did not say she contempt...yg u pegi ckp kat dia mcm tuh kenape...i said she could be..dia boleh jadi....doesnt mean she dah contempt...u pegi ckp dia contempt tgh2 dia dlm meeting room when other ppl ade ke? sy pun marah kalau mcm tuh...n she's not throwing her anger to u..but to me...n shes accusing me mcm2....ckp sy kuang hajar...mcm sy nih apa...u tau x...i 1 hari kat court nak dptkan this thing....im tired....n spatutnya despatch yg dtg htr tp x...sy dtg sini sendiri nak bg..tuh pun dia xnak jumpa...n this is what i get....i know where i stand now.....sy dah taktau nak letak profession sy kat mana....i know where i stand...yes u all lg tinggi drp court ke apa ke sy xtau laa.....but miss.....pls nxt time be careful wif what u say to other ppl..."

mata dia bergenang dah kene maki ngan aku...
then PA dia ckp "cik....i think cik better keluar...coz she said, dia xnak tgk cik kat sini lagi....if cik x kuar skrg dia akan kuar sendiri halau cik dari sini"

WTF...."dia nak halau sy dari sini....then halau laa....tp sy penat....sy x larat nak gaduh dgn dia..i will leave..coz i know where i stand.....i will leave n x hingin la aku nak dtg kat ofis nih lagi...ever....aku ada byk lagi keje lg bagus aku leh buat drp dtg sini n jumpa org2 yg mcm u all nih!!" (amek kau)

so aku mintak kertas sehelai...left mrs vain a note...kepilkan sepina...
ckp kat PA dia, u bg nih kat dia...later pun xpe laa...after the meeting ke...im outta here..
then PA dia ckp, sorry kat aku...mata dia bergenang...dia ckp sorry bcoz of her aku kene truk...but i said i biasa kene lg truk drp nih...x heran laa rude ppl kat msia nih ramai...

bila PA dia masuk....aku cepat2 pi kat receptionist..."cik...ade receive cop x?? tadi sy ada bg dokumen kat dia tp lupe nak dia copkan"

receptionist.."okay....i'll cop 4u"

once dah cop....aku cepat2 tekan lift....kuar building n lariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.....
sblm PA tuh bg sepina kat mrs vain n dia suro PA dia kejar aku bg blk benda tuh...

anyway, cop tuh je yg aku nak...
sebagai bukti aku dah serve kat dia...
muahahahahha......bijak2...

balik tuh cepat2 buat affidavit penyampaian n esok nak filekan awal2 pg kat court...kata aku dah serve to her...muahahaha....wakakakakakak.....padan muka kau!!!

today's my birthday...n plg best semalam (sabtu) i off n xyah kerja utk kali pertama sjak buat chambering...so apa lagi...a day wif fiance laa..shopping..kata baru dpt gaji...woot woot..ehehe..
then ahad..my birthday kuar wif fiance lagi...tp after lunch fiance tlg aku angkut brg2 kat shah alam..nak pindah kuar...so dah clear everything...now nak kene buat iklan n carik org replace me..
